no good,   the list is empty, i try putting the game disk in but the list is empty 
and i try the program in my other PC, without samsung 162c, y the list is empty.

One question: What's V2.1 BETA?  Have never seen it has been released!

@matog: Do your other PC have Win XP SP2 installed? Maybe it's a media center problem.

We are already playing with v2.2

That beta was just to find out more info on where the problem is for that 1 user. (its pre v2.1 release, and was for internal testing only).

i flashed my samsung drive with kreon, but it doesnt read copyed dvds anymore and i dont get it read xbox games. what may be false? I flashed it 5 times with kreon. Schtrom says there is no xbox game in the drive.

What does your device manager under CD/DVD rom say you have?  Does your computer's bios see the drive as a flashed CD/DVD?

I tried using your app to rip one of my game and the image was successfully created.  But when I burnt it, it didn't work.  It worked when I made it manually using DVDIngoPro.  Any other had that problem?

just tried it on my linuxbox (i'm a linux only user) and i'm having some problems.

first of,, i tried it under a virtual win2000 box using vmware workstation.
This just errors out because my virtual drive is only 2gigs large and when i try to save to a virtual network share it can't calculate the free space so it just locks up the virtual session.

Next i tried wine (0.9.19). The program loads, but all boxes are blank.

Wine does show this in the terminal:

You can not extract the ss.bin using the 162c drive. Either use your TS-H943 to extract or google for it. There are sites where you can download the ss you need.

I have a SH-D162c w/ Kreon 0.8fw and am trying to use Schtrom360Xtract 2.1 to rip an Xbox1 game (dont currently own a 360 or any 360 games). At 57% I keep getting an error msg: Cannot extract game.iso. Any ideas??

i just attempted to rip an xbox 1 game using schtrom 2.1 and kreon v0.8, but when i put the disc in the 360, it gives the "this is an xbox game disc.  please put it in your xbox to start playing."

the original had already been in the 360 so the update for it had already been dl'd.

the only error i got was the ss error (the one said to be ignored).

if put in my xbox (1), just says disc isnt there.

any words of wisdom?

I've got a problem when I use Schtrom360Xtract V2.1 no drives come up under DVD-Rom type and nothing under task as well so does anyone know what is causing this?
