UPDATE

So far ive successfully flashed using an edited mtkflash with my sata chipset and c4e's v1.0 xtreme firmware.

I want to know how i can upgrade to firmware v3.2

So far I have placed my orig.bin and ran the bat file to put my key into x32.bin

When I run mtkflash its saying this;

flash type SST (SST39.....)
fail to open flash type

Any ideas?Huh

Thanks in advance guys

Update

Easy as pie

instead of using the command mtkflash w /m x32.bin i used the command mtkflash w /sata /m x32.bin and it worked.

On first glance the new firmware is heaps better than 1.0

Thanks heaps

Upgraded from 1.0 to 3.2 without the /sata switch in dos no probs. Just had to remove my HDD in order for mtkflash not to freeze right at the start.

Always a good idea to restore to original then flash with your the latest firmware patch.

naaa, on Samsung drives just put your keys on newest hacked firmware and flash it... no need to restore your original first.

Of course, if you dont have your keys at hand you need to do a mtkflash r /m anyfileyouwant.bin  to get the keys
