This is the xbox specific key needed to sign xbox 1 content packages, autoupdates, and gamesaves, but it doesnt seem to be located unencrypted on the 360's hard drive.  I heard that xbox1 content is signed to the specific xbox 360, not to the hard drive.  This would mean the key is probably stored on the NAND flashrom right?  I'm wondering if theres a way to extract it other than desoldering the NAND flashrom and dumping it, or brute forcing it which would take many years.

read some of the other treads in the technical section and you'll see that it isn't as easy as that. There are many speculations about it.

the key is most likely stored on the nand flash, however, it is encrypted so it's not as easy as jsut dumping the flash

just to know if you dump the nand flash you get an encrypted file right ?

how hard would it be to decrypt it then ? is it also sha-1 stuff or what ?

and maby brute force can do it in a small amount of time ?

dont know, teach me  Cheesy
