unlocking Samsung drive

Can someone help me unlock my samsung drive so that it can read xbox 360 originals.  FW is patched with xtrm0800.bin, in my computer it shows as 7 megs open it up and looks like a dvd movie inside.  When i open Iso buster, it says blank CD.  I tried extracting SS then minimizing dvdinfopro and opening isobuster, as well as the "normal" method of sending the FF 08 01 01 command in both media and the default.  I've searched forums here and xbox-scene and some had the same problem but never any answers.  I've searched and read both forums in detail and read all the tutorials i could find.  I have tried different versions of isobuster including version 1.5 version 1.8 and 1.9, still get blank CD.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
