i was thinking and i wondered if becasue we can already backup xbox 1 games we could ahve to dvd drives connected at the same time i mean the power suply once booted into the original version of halo 2 then quickly take out ide cable or whatever connects it in the 360 and then try and run the copied halo 2 disk im not really sure what problems are witht his like when you take out the ide cable it reboots the 360 but because i have no knolege of this form the first one i think it could be an idea i though ti should bring up

i also think we are focusing to much on the original xbox and what we did you hack that, i think M$ have learned from there mistakes and have used them so that our old tricks do not work so i think we should focus more on other options

thanks

Wow, can you say run on sentances? Too bad there is no spell-check on the boards either. I can't even tell what you're trying to say.

Moved to nontechnical xbox hacking. We do appriciate ideas, and this is the place for them if you're not well versed in the xbox protection systems.

And, as dikdiamond pointed out, the interface is different. Also I'm not exactly sure what youre trying to accomplish here. If you have a original Halo 2, what is the point of running a 'backup'?

As for focusing too much on the Xbox,.at this ponit that is what we know. As the facts about 360 protection come in, we will shift focus. Still,. you never know when an old trick may come in handy.
