Ok, I have figured out the size of the file is somehow locked into the xdi. If you change the size of the file, it is corrupt.
In anycase, this is the folder before:
Fuzion Frenzy(00)(00)Fuzion\FuzionFrenzyDemo.xbe(00)Fuzion\ff.png(00)(00)(00)curtcr(00)Interactive Demo(00)
And here is after:
Fuzion Frenzy(00)(00)ttttttttttttttt\default.xbe(00)Fuzion\ff.png(00)(00)(00)curtcr(00)Interactive Demo(00)
This on the other hand DID work. Sorta. It will load the .xbe and hang at : Xbox - Loading Please wait. and that is it. Now, Im still back at square 1. Is it the demo that stops this? Or is the the xbe that im trying to launch. will pursue futher.
EDIT: I put the Fuzion Frenzy retail game into my ttttttttttttttt folder and it goes to the please wait screen, then goes black and freezes.

Well. here is the deal. I made this folder earlier:
\ttttttttttttttt
This folder is inside of the XDemos folder in the halo folder. and then I put All of the XDemos\Fuzion\ info in there. So basically I was running the FuzionFrenzyDemo.xbe, but from a different folder and a different name. I renamed FuzionFrenzyDemo.xbe to default.xbe and used the xdi file pointing to that location and amazingly enough and with no surprise, it booted up fine. Lets hope the xdi isn't signed. So that leads me to a possible conclution.
First of all, maybe it isn't necessary to modify the .xdi file from FuzionFrenzyDemo.xbe to default.xbe. Since changing the name of a file doesn't break any signitures. all this xdi file thing may not be needed.
Secondly, I think the Xdemos.xbe program that is launched when you click on game demos in halo:CE restricts the cpu calls that can be made by the demo that is being launched. Hence the reasons why even the retail version of Fuzion Frenzy won't boot from the xdemos.xbe menu, and fairly odd parents will boot from splintercell. So this means the fuzionFrenzyDemo.xbe is being ran in the 'XDemos.xbe' environment and follow special executing rules.
Maybe, by getting a different game demo and putting it in there and seeing if it will load, might shead some light on this theory. It could be any demo from any game that uses the same xdemo menu setup. The game doesnt have to be supported by the 360 emulator. Im just trying to figure out the capabilities of the xdemo.xbe.
Another thing I want to know, Is since Halo1 is supported by the emulator....are the demos and video files supported also? If it is, that means, FuzionFrenzyDemo.xbe is 'on that list of xbes' that pass the check??? Maybe the emulator doesn't check this...what do you think?
if the demo DOES work on the 360, then I SERIOUSLY doubt it is something the emulator checks because it is being ran 'inside' of halo1. If this statement is true, then maybe we can hack the .xbe's into running some custom code. or does that break a signiture? does the 360 check the signiture in this type of situation? If it doesn't, I beleive we may be yet again, another step ahead. Someone should tell me if their halo1 boots the demo. All we need an answer to, is: Every xbe is signed? even FuzionFrenzyDemo.xbe? What about Xdemo.xbe?
If they aren't signed, Somone should modify either the Xdemo.xbe file or the FuzionFrenzyDemo.xbe file to run custom code or manipulate the console.
If it IS signed, Then we need to find a different way to get other games to run with this demo menu.

xbox.bin is one of the files in splinter cell pt.
i just tested de 360 version of that test,if i choose individual i get the error mentioned before about problem with original game, but, if i choose multiplayer i get the following message:
(in spanish)
hay un problema con el disco que esta usando.
puede estar sucio o daņado
(poor english translation)
theres a problem with the disc you are using.
it could be dirty or damaged.
that message does not comes from a 360 system blade, it pops up just like it was played in the original xbox and you taked the disc out of the xbox.
edit: typos
I was thinking and I may have come up with a reason for this.. Im not sure what you are putting on your disc inside of splintercell. But if you are using the same file setup that qwix or equivalent program makes when it sends the file to the xbox hard drive, correct me if i'm wrong here, but Since ther isn't really a dvd in the drive, there is a reference or some sort of redirect to a fake cd drive. I don't know if that is part of the files that u burned to the dvd or if that is something the mod does automatically. Or are the files you burned a perfect copy of the fairly odd parents DVD? If that dvd drive redirect thingy is burned to the dvd u made i can see that causing a dirty or damaged disc error.

can anyone confirm my above post?
When the game refers to the D: drive to load data or access the disc, there is something that tells the game to redirect back to the hard drive instead. Where is that located? anyone have any info on this? Could possibly be a reason why his tested dvd gives error?

I have some great news, I already have 20 Verbatim's comming in slimline form from newegg for 33.99 -10.00 rebate. Will probably have at least 20 to 60 more comming in the near future as well. And I don't pay for any of them hehe. This will give me a chance to try testing some things with the xbox emulator. even tho anything we accomplish I'm afraid can be easily patched.

My 2 cents : I have SOME xbox demos and most dosenīt work in x360, but there is one that works the disc has playable games : second sight, juiced, mtv music generator and blinx 2, notice that most of these games are not supported by the emulator, but all these ones work really fine, i tried to dump the disc, but i donīt know why my samsung drive dosenīt want the unlock command, i can get the ss.bin but when i launch the unlock command i get an error from dvdinfopro that says NO SENSE. If any1 knows whats happening i will dump the disc for u guys

you can dump the xbox1 disk the same way you dump a 360 game, read a little bit on xboxhacker. plenty of tutorials here....

as said countless times before, the overflow hacks can not work anymore because the 360 specifically protects against them.

im not talking about buffer overflows arakon. but what seems intresting to me is that there is a open door in the mech assault game. i dont know if there are other possibilities to exploit something but if you would look for a save game exploit then i would think that mech assault would be a good game to start with.

the savegame exploit DOES use a buffer overflow, as far as I remember.
