What's the best Dual Layer DVD-R to buy for backing up 360 games?

I was wandering, what do you all think is the best Dual Layer DVD burner for backing up your Xbox 360 games? Also, what DL brand media is the best, and should you get DVD+R DL or DVD-R DL?
