so does the 360 drive go to modeb with games inside while its turned off.. so when you power back on it doesnt read the disk and thinks its in debug mode or what.. i dont understand what the problem is ?

im want to know if im can turn on my xbox 360 with a disc inside!!
because im try to turn on the xbox 360 for three times, but the second and third try not works!!

I can play game if the disc is already inserted in the 360 before turn on ?

im can forget the disc inside the xbox 360, but im only can obtained to eject this disc after game load, why?

yes you can play a game with disk inserted from turning on the 360.

you do this by making sure you have in you dashboard settings under system blade>console settings>disc option (if you not got this option then you need the last MS update for the 360

So.......

if you have a DL in the drive and turn the 360 on via the eject button (just press the eject button as norma)l then 360 will go to dashboard then load the game, before game loads and when in the dashboard the icon for the disc tray will be saying "close tray" then a few seconds later say "reading" then game loads.

if you turn the 360 on by the big power button on the console, no game loads and you get "open tray" message

yesterday im try 7 times to play my prey copy and not run

but today this game works fine!!

sometimes the same game not run if im try to run the same game that im was playing again

and 90% of games works ok!!!!

im have apply firmware 1.2R1

but sometimes the same game not works

and this problems do with my friends too

sorry but it is you, not to get into a arguement with you but every game i've tried works fine 1st time with any firmware hack, including this. If its not working for you then like posted before its either media or burner, your burner seems to be fine so it must be media or even your laser in your 360 needs a tweak. Its not good having a go at the creator of these firmwares if it doesn't work for you because it does for the majority and has been tested to do so, so if not working for you, live with it and maybe find another xbox with a samsung dvd drive

im use the Pioneer DVR-111 Firmware 1.23 !!!
And aply the firmware 1.2R1 !!!

1.2 is the last version of hitachi , right ?

the firmnware 1.2R1 is very strange
yesterday im record a prey and this game not works for 7 times!
today im try today and this game works

im use Pioneer DVR-111D with the Firmware 1.23
and im use Ridata Media DL +R !

Sometimes some games works but in the second im turn off and turn on again the xbox 360 and im try the same game not works!!!

What is the firmware that you use in your DVR-111D ?

The 8.25 Firmware is better?
