Hack 360 via media center

Hi, it's my first post.
First of all I would like to apologise for my english because it may be not good enough, so please be tolerant with my gramatical errors that I'll make for sure 

I was discussing with my spanish buddies if it were possible to load a xex via windows media center. I'll explain myself:
We think that the console load XboxMcx.xex when it runs media center, so how about changing it for something else?
It is found in c:\windows\ehome\update
A friend tried to change it with the one found on the demo disc and he saw in the screen that it was an older version of wmc and asked if he wanted to run it!! but in the next screen it said that it was an old version of a game and that he should download it again. Please not, it is a translation from spanish and may not be exactly what it says in english. Regretfully he updated in the last live update. I'm gonna try it by myself and I'll post my findings, but someone with a not updated 360 could test it? please

Note that I'm not an expert hacker, just a man with some knoledge of computers and one who wish to help or give ideas to the comunities.

if it already would be able to run the xex it would not get us any closer to running "unsigned" code, but its good everyone brings up ideas

ya the xex would need to be signed.

I've tried it by myself without success, it gave me the same error. I'm afraid that the only thing it could load is the xex of the demo disc, because it hasn't the media flag, and without updating the 360, so it's a bit useless :/

Hey but at least we tried, I'm sure that there should be a bug that could allow us to do something. You only need to look at windows and all the security updates.
