Help reflashing 47DJ

Hi there. I have mafe a bit of a mostake somewhere flashing my drive.

Here's the problem:-

I have managed to get my drive key ok (so that's a good thing).

However when i read the Orig.Bin it says there is no key at block 4000 ( i use hex workshop )

So i read the xtreme-e.bin and i get the same - no key at block 4000, just 0000000000

Is there an easy way to manually put the key i have into a file and flash that back to the drive?
