This is my first post, and I'm really sorry to bother anyone with this question but I don't know where else to go.

My dad ordered an Xbox 360 from Japan so it only plays region free games and dvds. This is a huge problem, I need to know if there is some way I can get around this.

On PC Dvd drives you could change the region, but on 360 drives I don't think you can.

You're stuck to the region of the console. However there are some region-free games. Check out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Xbox_360_games_without_region_encoding
