it means that the drive has been spoofed as a benq drive so that means that the original drive was benq and someone replace it with a samsung drive which will need to be switched back in order to play XGD3 games! check the cap next to the missing one and that the same value cap you need to replace it with! hope that helps m8

so is there any problem with the blue cap ?

i cant put the driver to the vendor mode, already try unplug and plug the power cable but then JF cant detect it

you cant really use the Samsung drive as it will not let you update on Xbox live or newer games as it will give you a error message and you will get stuck on that screen until the correct drive (Benq) is installed! as for the blue cap if its missing and xbox isnt working replace it!

i think the caps value is = 2200UF 6.3V

does your board look like this?

no that wont work as the Xbox keyvault cant be modded or changed in any way as the Xbox has a keyvault hashing check which will make the Xbox have Xmas lights if tampered with! just replace the drive with benq and flash the correct key to the drive and thats it easier and less simpler than RGH

Unless the caps look like they're missing or have been moved (you can tell by looking at the solder points), I wouldn't touch them.

XGD3 games will still need to be 100% burned to disc regardless. For the simple sake of running your rip through ABGX I don't see why you wouldn't.

Why wouldn't you want the full data burned onto a disc? Are you not aware that some games fail during play because they're missing data in the last 3%?

true that m8 they give you the unauthorized disc while playing and it restarts your Xbox every time (only if installed to the HDD)
