Hi,

I have a slim machine with a swapped DG-16D2S drive, the dash update is failed and stuck at 12625 update. I don't have the original drive. I only have the key from the swapped drive. How can i repair and rebuild the new image for the new different (not the original) 16D4S drive.

you cant m8 its impossible unless you keep it RGH meaning no xbox live
