Restoring original MS HDD to fatx after Windows Format

I have done everything I can find and think to do to get my Xbox 360 to recognize it's PC formatted drive. I wasn't being smart and just hooked up the Slim's 250GB HDD to my computer when I saw it could. This eventually resulted in my HDD being unrecognizable to my Slim. I haven't lost hope, doing whatever I think has a .0001% chance of working. I don't know if getting a 250GB WD Drive for hddhackr and modifying it for 360 and copying the drive and partitions (Partition Magic) to the Slim Drive will work or using a Sata-to-USB cable to hook up the drive through USB on Xbox to recognize it. Does anyone know if either of these will work or if ANYTHING will work to restore the drive? Comments criticizing my stupidity and logic are unhelpful and are not appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You wiped the security sector. The security sector is signed and contains drive specific data. Unless it happens to be a WD HD, you have no way to save it.

How many first time posters are coming here to try and save the HDD's? You're boned get over it, there are manuals and you should read them before you attempt something.
