Xbox 360 DVD-5 Backups take a peek!

Hello all haven't posted in a while look what i found out.... booting 360 games from dvd+r and dvd-r 4.7gb
discs oh and one more thing the drive is not flashed either as shown in my video!!!!

Check it out!!!! Notes you will need a RGH or JTAG console to do this!!!

Not to mention that loading times go to hell due to the wrong file order on the disk. Plus, most games exceed the space of a dvd-5 these days.

Mostly this. back in the xbox one days we had dvd layouts for this problem.

Hey not trying to take sides disc vs hdd... but hey the 1175 liteon and Hitachi 0500 have no drive hacks....
But with this the uncracked drives will play backups that's my point and alot of them fit on DVD-5 disc's
with or without compression I've tested alot of titles new and or old games they work flawlessly.... Also
people will save cash burning them on DVD-5 not breaking their pockets aswell....

To tell you the truth i was bored the other day turned on one of my Jtag's thinking hmm if this will boot
the xex off the hdd well why not the disc so i tryed it and bam it worked from xexmenu... then i tryed
the plain MsDash and been reripping titles kinda feels like the old xbox1 glory days....

The main reason i shared this info is hopefully it will take pressure off C4E's shoulders when it comes to
the Liteon 1175 or Hitachi 0500 drives you know what i mean the spammed threads the irc is it done yet
what is an eta blah blah so people will let the l337 haxxor take his time and work his magic...

The coolrunner is only 20 bucks or buy a c-mod 3 and get it done!!!!!   Happy Gaming Folks!!!

i just backed up my mw3 to a dl this way (7.xx gb raw data). i have no kreon drive/0800 drive for my pc to extract security sectors . just burn the game files as udf dvd with nero. i didnt notice any extended loading times, though i havent done a side-by-side comparison yet. this should work on any rgh/jtag console (as mentioned above) w/o a flashed drive.

That's right forgot to mention about dvd-9 raw data disc's work aswell was so hyped bout the dvd-5 mess lol something
about the dvd-9's i had some princo crap disc's that drives i flashed really didn't like but yet this way flawless booting? 

Good to see also someone confirm this!!!! Mind posting what console you are using.. Mine is one of my xenon jtag's w/samsung
swapped drives tried them they all work liteon,hitachi etc....

I tried this ages ago on my jtag and it worked so its nothing new to me but this isn't going to take any pressure of c4e's work due to the fact you need a Jtag/RGH console to pull it off...also 1175 drives are mostly fitted in corona motherboards which haven't been reset glitched hacked...maybe according to TX they have done it but it will be ages before release knowing them.
