How to convert PAL console to NTSC console ?

Hi)
I would like to play JTSC-JP games and i have a PAL console,
do i have a way to convert to make able to read and play JTSC-JP games ?

I know i need a nand, kv, cpu key from a japanese console,
does anyone can help me with this ?

change region on KV.

does dashlaunch not let you region spoof when booting games by holding RB button?

also you can edit the .xex to be region free

no real need to touch the console's KV etc

XexMenu lets you edit the executable to a region free state. I pretty sure its the Y button^^
Although KV editing is probably the most permanent solution as it is a one time change, no need to do anything to the games after that. But since that is just a bit of work and risky as anytime you flash your NAND something can go wrong,(which happened to me whilst trying to do just that) I'd go with the RB DAshlaunch method as Gazcoigne suggested.
