Cygnos350v2 USB not working anymore

hi, i have a jtagged jasper 16mb motherboard with a dual nand revD cygnos360v2.
it worked prefectly for months 'til now..
the chip still funcion correctly and boots whatever nand i select with the switch without problems, but it is not more recognized by windows via usb dongle and the led freezes in the state it is when plugging the usb cable...
nothing is changed, i tried 3 different pc/laptops with no results and the official forum is pretty dead...

do you have any solution?

Did you check your wires looking for any possible shorts?

Check the flat cable as well!! Maybe a trace has been damaged!!

i checked everything i can check and nothing..
i even checked the ribbon cable and is perfect.
i don't know what to do.
maybe there is a capacitor or resistor damaged, but i'm not an expert, so i don't know how to identify it..
and as far as i know, there are other guys with the very same problem, but there is no one with a solution.

force it to start in debug mode and it will work again
