Will This Work?

Here is the goal. I want to switch NANDs, reset the SMC, and power on/off the glitch chip with one switch.

I had a hard time reading this:

I came up with this schematic using a 3PDT switch:


Do you guys/gals think this will work?

EDIT: I edited the schematic with proper orientation and used the actual nfet symbol to make it easier to read.
