How to program Matrix Nand Flasher or where TCK TDI TDO TMS VCC GND POINTS ?

Hi, sorry for my english not good language,i try already ask this at my country but i not find who help me or give me answer for help,becouse in my country people create forum only for make money or for take chip sample free and when u need help they answer not help you ,so i try go other country now coz so bored  
My problem is this

I need program my MTX SPI NAND FLASHER V1.0 (PIC 18F2455), but i need to know where is the VCC GND TCK TDI TDO TMS point, if someone know this can put PIC/IMAGE  of this point pls?
or alternative if someone know how to whit homemade ck3i cable or another method?

My problem is i buy 2 matrix nand flasher v1.0 (MTX SPI NAND FLASHER 1.0) from foxchip.com but they send me the chip not programmed
so when i plug in it at pc windows xp ,pc don't see it,and i can't install driver custom.inf in nandpro folder becouse the chip is not programmed

Pls someone can help me or know where is point connection cable for programm it whit JTU USB CABLE or CK3I homemade cable?

No is original i buy from original reseller listed in team matrix resellers just some chip is not programmed.

there is no TCK TDI TDO TMS VCC GND  at Nand Flasher for programming it

new firmware can be flashed via USB - if there is the bootloader already on it

without bootloader you need a ICSP PIC Programmer and solder it to the ICSP pads (6 pads not marked opposite usb connector) VPP PGD PGC PGM VCC GND
