I updated dashboard to 2.0.13604.0 and finished RGH. Before RGH DVD was probably flashed with iXtreme LT+ v1.91 or 1.92. After RGH drive simply doesn't work with any game (Play DVD) from disc.
After flashing back the original Nand the problem is gone.
Any idea what is causing the problem?

Motherboard: Trinity
Glitch nand: 2.0.13604.0
Software tried: JTAG Tool, Toolbox

You ran system update with ixtreme on the drive already and it didn't break with errors during update?

No, it never does. Slim has 0225 16D4S which never gets updated. So it doesn't matter if its iXtreme or not.

Edit kv and remove 0x0F00 from key 0x4 (view it in flash tool) or wait for the update that will fix this.
