a guy at se7enins posted a download link for new freeboot and at the top i saw it said he was gonna fix it and also had him and eaton talking in a convo and Eaton said that the filesystem was good but the patches were not can anyone fix this?

It boots & playes games so im kool with it.

i found the content he posted at 7S and it works but whats this about patches?
I do see there identical but is that bad?

The FbBuild patches need to be ported for each kernel revision. The addresses of instructions/functions change and the registers may even be different. You can have a good file system in the build dir, but if you don't have a proper patchset it isn't going to work very well.

so who made it and when will it be fixed? Did RUBBERS make it because that's who posted it?

I do not know. I was just shown a 13604 file system. Which is a start, but it is essential to port the patches to reflect changes in the 13604 HV and kernel.
I believe you would also need to modify the builder/firmware to accommodate 13604 correctly.

In this case not so much... between 13599 and 13604 hv and kernel only changed version numbers.

That's always the mystery about these updates. (-;
xam.xex changed and other files may have changed as well. It is very hard to tell exactly what has changed.
