0225 Winbond keeps ejecting and closing.

Hi,  I tried to unlock 0225 drive ( it was having the Winbond Chip ) using soldering iron and Unlockspi. I've already done few winbonds.
this is the first time I am experiencing this problem.

I am using windows xp.

Now I am getting the status 0x3c,and when i try it on the console after locking the drive keeps on ejecting and opening.

When i try to unlock it once more using alcohol, In unlockspi the drive shows unlocked and when I try to write the FW using JF the status shows 0x3c.

Any help would be appreciated

It seems that you drilled it wrong. Can you at least manage to make a full dump of the OFW from this PCB ? So you don't run onto "PlayDVD'' errors from creating the CFW using only a dummy.bin (incomplete) in the new pcb that you will have to buy to replace this one. If you can't because the SPI is not 0x00 try slowly poking the hole until you cut the right trace (you can't be far off) but don't discard this board without making a full dump of it first. Good luck.
