Modded Xbox360 Stuck On Xbox360 Splash Screen After Update

Hi,
I have a modded XBOX360 which until today worked fine with pirated games. Today I decided to connect it to the internet (after a long time) and download any new updates. I did so, I downloaded the new kinect dashboard update and it seemed to work fine. I can navigate through it, I can visit the marketplace, I even downloaded a new game demo (Driver at San Francisco) which played smoothly. These signs, together with the fact that I did not get any "ban"warning during or after the process, leads me to believe that I have not been banned. Nevertheless, when I put a game disc in, as soon as I close the tray it shows the XBOX360 splash screen and stays there forever. Has anybody had the same problem or does anybody know what I can do??

Then you download the latest dash.

Also have you been living under a rock, the new dashboard write a new firmware to try to stop people like you.

Sorry Guy, your'e surely not the only one !!

You don't even have to go on-line to get this problem of not be able to play backup games anymore.

The update was even on OXM Xbox 360 disc September and it probably kills your motherboards Nand memory so you won't be able to play but original game discs.

Without warning Microsoft updates "offline !!" anyone who puts in this disc in his Xbox.

Luckily games are becoming less and less expansive !

I highly doubt this last comment. It must be some hardware error I think. Not sure what though. And the timing with the update is just a coincidence. Maybe try reflashing the drive, or check if the drive is what originally should be in the box.

Beleave it or not but I'm most certain it was the OFF-LINE update from Microsoft version 13.246 (after ..599 ?) on Official Xbox Magazine September 2011 that corrupted my backup game boot. (now only play dvd line on screen). Only my originals (about 60 !!) still do play without any problem.

Luckily I now do have the Xecuters USB360pro interface controller to Flash my Sata DVD player and/or WD Hdd.

So I'll have a go in reflashing the original (now Stock flashed ?) dvd drive.

Does anybody have had any luck.
Also my original XBOX360 HDD is a 60GB Toshiba drive. Can I use a bigger new Toshiba drive to copy and use or does it only succeed when using WD HDD's ? (because ,as I have read, of the hacked serial number that applies on all hacked drives that therefore are identical ?).

well i have come out of retriement for this $#!t .. one dont wave the pirated flag when your talking bout thing two well speak english.. did ya get the new lt firmware flashed? no wonder the f***er wont work it has a AG protection num nut....
