Hi, everyone, thank you in advance for reading (sorry for my english)...

I have tried to unlock my winbond with the Geremia's method, unlocked my winbond (forgot to tell, I have a liteon 0225) normally (seems to be normal), but after flashing the drive and locking it, when I turn it on in the console, the green middle light of the Xbox stays blinking (it opens / close normally, but never say closed or open, only opening or closing)...

Seems that according, to this image I touched the tray-status-gio with the driller and cut it or something, do you know what could I do? how could I fix it?

Anything could be an idea to fix my problem (I thought that I could make a bigger hole, not going deep only in the surface to find the cable and try to fix it, but seems to be really complicated, and I could broken more than fixing it)...so I think that maybe some resistors or jump could make me fix my problem, but I just don't what to do, I saw the problem with the only opening or only closing error and putting the POUT with the 50-60ohms resistors, and It could be something similar to my problem...

I will apreciate If you can tell me...Thanks in advance, any idea could be a solution... (many people have this problem with their consoles)

Also, here where I live, I a cannot find spare parts (to replace it, many people say as a solution change it! but here I cannot change the whole pcb, the chip or the whole dvd rom drive, due to there aren't or they are really expensive - around the 180-200u$s for only the drive, locked!...)

Thanks for reading.

Try re-flashing it. Ensure the DVD key is correct.

I do remember using this fix for Phat 360s that had tray status problems:

Ignore the yellow wire in the picture. I'm not sure how this workaround would be implemented on a Slim though, or if it would even solve the problem.

Basically, you're asking for a solution that most likely doesn't exist. If it's not the firmware, then you've most likely drilled too far and you'll have to fork it over for a new drive. That or you could try putting in an MT1339 to replace the MT1335 you busted, but that's not easy due to the epoxy surrounding the chip.

The key it's ok, I put the drive in another console and has the same problem...something get cutted...do you think if I solder the 3 right pin to 3.3v could make it work? or another tray status pin?

That would probably just result in the tray status never changing. It would either be stuck to "closed" or stuck to "open". What do you have to lose though?
