Open tray with 1 backup Hitachi 47DJ

Hey foks,

I have just backed up my Topspin 2 Game,
Patched it and burn on Platinum 8.5 GB DVD+R DL media 1x

But now its says (OPEN TRAY) try the HDD trick but don't work,

i have olso burned other game with the same media and speed.
and no tricks needed ol boot after 10 sec.

Burnout Revenge
Hitman Blood money
Call of Duty 2
Oblivion
FIFA 2006 road to the world cup

all starts without a trick!!

Whats the problem with Topspin 2 ?
open tray error, its seems like the cd read and then it says KRITCH STOP KRICHT STOP KRITCH STOP
and then the dvd stops with spinning and go's to dash.

On the samsung dvd the game works fine.

some 1 that can help me ?

I would say:
authentication fails, then console search for a filesystem on the "unlocked" disk, it founds all 00 (you have not the video partition), so it says to open tray.
