I'm still curious as to how the console's nand is able to read dvd key from drive yet we cant? Would save having to RGH a console in order to read the key. I'm sure if the console can read all necessary information we should be able to, its just finding the effing commands
One other thing is that it could be possible to read the key thro the console itself, by putting the drive you want to get the key on an already rgh console (With different kv obv) and try to build some app that reads the info from it, so all you would need is one single rgh console. |

Seriously. The drive information is in the nand. RGH modded consoles don't read the information from the drive.

People still don't understand how the DVDKey authentication system works? The console never has to 'read' the key from the drive  |

Seems extra storage for C/R (does not fit inside a D4S fw?!?), plus hiding what others already know (new auth).
Still waiting to see the 2 ways to get dvdkey without RGH, as promised.

I received 20 pieces MediaTek MT1332E China which is supposedly MediaTek new, the appearance is really a new ic, I solder on the board 1175 I have status 0x90 using jungler flasher 1.94 and USB PRO V2. The Drive Properties in jungle flasher recognizes F / W 1175 and DG-16D5S name. So the question is, being a new IC could not appear jungler flasher 1.94 and DG-16D5S FW1175 because it would still be blank? I am correct?

It is possible you bought an IC that was taken from the original PCB and sold to you, it is happening a lot buddy. Sorry if that is your case. Blank IC is MT1332 only. |
