the only thing that have change woth the 5 Ohm resistor is i press device intro id after the yes i turn off and on and gives me 0x72 status and gives me the message tu put the mrahack in the normal possition and to press ok i open the swits and after i press ok then i have a drive in 0x72 status and nothing more . only if i have choose the fat lite on reads 4 bank and saves the ofw.bin but after that i try to open it and i have a message md5 error that is for the moment .

the winbond can be done with a 5 ohm resistor AFAIK
Did you try it? I did and nothing comes up. Not able to write to the chip.

it's easy may be the actual versions of jungle Flasher did know how to identify the OFW 0225 dumped with this methods but i f you did as slim key dump, you could flash you drive after that

0272 locked worked with onboard SATA( not working with x360usb) used 10ohm resistor. Now on LT+ 1.9 SLIM I dont have 0225 to test, they say with winbond to use 5ohm

You guys are selecting phat instead of slim when you're attemping to write anything but a 9504 firmware to the drive right?

Today I tried a 0225 with Winbond, but the 5 ohm resistor was not enough to get the 00 SPi status. Any hints?

remembering issues from the vapire winbond mudslinging days, can someone put a switch on either side of the trace cut, clear the status registers with the resistor in place, and then reconnect the trace before erase / write?

I don't understand how to even run Unlock_16d4s, it's all in Russian and it pops up a message I can't read when I try to click Read Status or Unlock Drive:

You can try your onboard sata or a pci via sata card

well, things u need to get key off the 0225 drive
1) computer with via vt6421 sata card 2) 0225 drive 3) usb to sata adapter any brand ( i am using one that has via chipset in it)
now connect your xbox360 and all cables but disconnect sata cable from the drive. now plug ur usb to sata adapter in the back usb port and connect the sata cable to ur 0225 drive ( remember to make a male to female sata cable yourself)
now turn your 360 on
now open and close tray once. quickly plug out the sata cable from the 0225 drive and plug it in your computers vt6421 sata card. open jungle flasher click dvdkey32 click slim unlock and say no click yes. now see the magic happen. it will extract key and ask you to save.
all the best..
tomorrow i will try to write 0225 drive.,.

also is above necessary. Doesnt sound necessary to me.
So this is confirmed to work with a 5ohm resistor on winbound chips?

No, from now it only works with MXIC, "sekil - only for mxic hack work", but I am sure we will see some progress soon.
A good step to this method would be if the team jungle and maximus start working together with these russian folks, adding x360 and lizard support to this tool will help dealing with the winbond pcbs too.

Why are you guys using the MRA(phat) part? The MRA thing is just a prompt to remind ppl to switch back after getting intro.. It has no functionality! (Unlike PMT) So it stand to reason there is now reason to do it that way. Also: If you just want the key from 0225 (and u dont have USBx360(TX) or MaxLiz) then u need to use a NON- via6421. (I like the trick of using the mobo to 'unlock' so you can xtract key BTW). I can't see any reason why the whole process can't just be done with a 4r7-8r resistor or thereabouts, usually 5rs are really 4r7 design value.. (I'm going to muck around with a 22r pot I intend to make <200r pot with 25r in parallel > get the highest value ... No point burning silicon junctions etc.. (5 sounds a little low.. hmm... I would like to hear from someone else who's tried this and still has working drive :-) I'm convinced you should be able to do the lot with an x360usb or max-lizzard (without any need for FW updates to the USB-SATA bridges) I can't afford to be up all night, but let me see what I can come-up with, most likely others will figure it out and write a noob-spoon-feeding tut before I get there (prolly generating more smoked PCB's for me to repair when the stuff it up; I say if need spoon feeding, then you should let a pro do it \\end-rant\ I had hoped those with more skills/resources than myself would have published their totally SW methods (or at least some handy CDB's or similar) by now ;-) I guess those guys all have real jobs :p Lastly: If anyone has manged to use any of this to get a full dump (somehow?) assuming it really does work like MRA but for 0225 (And TBH, I'm not really sold just yet..) then can they please let me know by Pm or post
