there has been no rebooter released publicly for that kernal yet so no-one would have one
unless someone was dumb enough to update a JTAG to retail dash, losing the exploit in the process of course.

Yeah, im not talking about a rebooter... Just need a retail flash dump along with the CPU Key, and its not a case of someone being "dumb enough" to update a jtag. im sure someone must have a retail that they know the CPU Key for. |

Yeah I have often wanted to update a console after retrieving the CPU key simply out of curiosity. There is a wealth of information that can be examined simply by keeping a fully updateable console along with CPU key.

It's much easier to ask for someone who has updated their Xbox then to manually apply the update to your filesystem...

lol. as mentioned, thats how these dumps are usually acquired and this is hot we get updated jtags way to be ignorant and rude about it though. |

I once took my time to look inside of xboxupd.bin...
I found all the "CBs, CDs, CEs and CFs" used on the update, but they were obfuscated, so it's easier, simpler and faster to just use an XBOX360 console you know the CPU key instead of reversing every updater that gets released.

xboxupd.bin only has CF and CG (patch slot) in it, and it's not very difficult to get those... ever since JTAG hack there has been a python script that will do it, though I assume that could change at any time. CB/CD is a different matter entirely, though those haven't changed since the update after JTAG hack anyway. CE is always retained at the existing version in your flash, 1888, then patched by CF/CG patch slot into current version.
