Can't get freeboot to work on falcon

I finally decided to go from xbr(which has worked fine for a year or two but outdated) to freeboot. I used my original dump to make an older freeboot bin using pig 2.4. Then used that bin to make a more updated bin using pig 2.5. After flashing I get one red light, lower right. When I eject to start up the console xell boots. This is the original wiring from back in the day that uses switching diodes. What could be the problem here?

I use nandpro v2.0b to flash.

most likely bad blocks

run your orig nand though degraded and it will tell you any bad blocks and where to remap them

move the bad blocks using nandpro in your created FB image to mirror the remapping of the original nand image

write the final image to the mobo over usb/lpt as usual

is it xell or xellous m8? if its xellous u can easy update the nand from there all u have to do is name the nand dump Updflash.bin and put it on a fat32 usb pen and away u go!

Well I remapped the freeboot file and now the lights bounce from red to green from top to bottom. Xellous still boots.

youve remapped incorrectly your kv iscorrupthence the xmas lights
