well i was playing a game today an the colors went all funny.so i turned it off then back on but no video showed,i use a hdmi cable.tried the reg cable still no video,so i redid the x clamp but still nothing,could it be my HANA chip?

Very likely just the continuation of the ROD. Just replacing the xclamps will not actually fix anything.

The connections from HANA to the GPU have gone flaky...   Basically it's what Arakon said, but it's aways on the GPU... :\

again thanks for the replys.just pi*** me off i cant play movies from my other box cause its asks for media update.i transfered my data from other one less then a year ago,so my backup box wont play my movies from my thumb drive.any way around this?

only way around it is connect it to the internet and download the update. If it's hacked, no go.

If it's banned, no go.

You will also need your profile logged on live for the media update to work.
