Ps3 slim stuck in loop update

Hi, I got this ps3 120g slim, fw 3.55 stuck in loop update. I have tried with removed Hdd in update method, format Hdd and safe-mod method, without succeed. I also tried fw 3.56 , 3.60 update in usb stick.
The problem is updated to 78% then display error code " A error occurred during the update operation (8002F1F9)".
This console has Wifi/wireless card problem. It can only use usb cable connect to controller to control. Wifi can't detect wireless network too. I think that is why it caused problem in fw update. BUT, this wifi/wireless card is part of motherboard not like 60/40g version that can be remove and replace.
Any idea how to fix? Thanks guys.

If the USB update is not working you may be in some trouble. Perhaps you could try the service mode to update, or try one of the CFW's .pup

Failing that you may have to use a NAND reader to recover the firmware or flash a new one, there are apps to do it:

or there is always the option to send to sony.

8002F1F9 means the Bluetooth module update process failed. Likely the Bluetooth module has it's firmware corrupted.

Send it to SONY or if it's lower than 3.55 you can update it with the lv2diag thing and 3.41 hacked. It will work but it won't connect to the controller without the USB cable.

Thanks for reply. I formated HDD, go the safe mod #6, use Kmeaw 3.55 update with no luck. It update to 57% then same error. I 'll try lv2diag later.

update:Sorry, doesn't work.  I put the lv2diag.self in usb stick root, power on then quickly press eject, it start up update screen again, no difference.

Use the 3.41 for downgrade. That one has root privileges, will install even if error out.
