Hi,
can anyone tell my, how i can set my fanspeed higher, constantly, without xbmc, so it stays in every situation??

You can use a config tool to change the Xecuter2 bios settings.

You could wire the fan directly to the power supply.

Thanx, I already heard. Thought, there is an easier way, cause I dont have an bios-file nor any config-tools nor any idea on how to do all that

cool, that seems to be an easier way. the power-supply of the dvd. do you know the correct connection from the fan-cable to the 12v-dvd-plug?

There's more than one way to connect the fan to 12V, check www.xbox-scene.com for a tutorial.

all you need to do is run the black wire from the fan to a ground and it will run at 100%
plugged into the mobo it limits the fan to 7volts, ground it and it will run at the full 12v
