Condition: Booting (successfully) an AP25 title on an iXtreme LT drive that has no awareness of AP25 (ie every firmware before today) on any dash before the most recent (ie the last dashboard before the gui revamp).

Would this result in any ban worthy information being stored in the NAND? The 360 has been offline since before the update of course. XVal reports that the Secdata is Clean so I indeed assume there has been no flagging?

OLD consoles do not check AP25 regardless of the installed drive. Because MS did not enforce drive type on the keyvault back then.  Even some consoles with OSIG won't check AP25.

Only hashed KV consoles check AP25.

Hitachi 78K: ixtreme 1.51

System was never connected to the internet. Updated to new kinect dash off of game disc.

Attempted to load AC:B, erroneously assuming my hitachi was old enough to not support ap2.5.

Xval 2.0 result after AC:B: "Failed AC25 Challenge"

Xval decrypted value: 000000000001 (not sure how many zeroes to be exact, but essentially a 1 value)

Since my console was always kept offline and never flagged server-side with M$, will my profile corrupt if I try to move it over to a new, non-flagged console?  I thought the profile corrupts when transferred to a different console only after the original console was banned by M$.  Since it never got banned in the first place and only flagged, should my profile still corrupt when attempting to move it to another console?  It is possible to use the uncrippling tutortial found here (http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=697231) to revert my secdata to a clean one?  Thanks.

If the live servers havent been issued the flag for your ban, and you can restore the NAND back to before the flag, theoretically you should be ok.

But if you have had your ethernet plugged in but not logged into live you will most likely still be banned.
