Hi everyone,

This is my first post so hope its in the correct section.  I have two RROD (3 lights) consoles which i tried to fix using xclamp repair.  I simply removed xclamps and replaced with bolts, washers (steel and nylon) and thermal paste.  Now none of the consoles will eject at all.  They are still RROD (3 lights) but this shouldn't stop them ejecting.  One powers on for a second then the fan stops which could indicate its maybe shorting out. The other powers on and stays on.  Both DVD drives are detected in Jungleflasher and are powering ok.  One of the consoles was bought with JTAG preinstalled and already had RROD fix applied to it and I only got 5 weeks out of it so I really don't want to give up on it.  From my limited knowledge the JTAG wiring looks intact and was a tidy job.

Any suggestions welcomed.

NONBOOTXBOX: Solder splatters?, cut traces on MB(scratches)

You should check the secondary error code.

Turn the xbox 360 on, and wait till the 3 red lights are flashing.
Press and hold the sync up button (the small white one), while holding that button press the eject button.
The LEDs will now blink the first number in the code (as described below).
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the second number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the third number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the forth number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will go back to the 3 red flashing lights
