need help with jtag falcon - rrod and no flash detected !

this isn't my first jtag,but i'm facing some serious trouble here.

i successfully dumped the nand 3 times (2nd and 3rd dumps matched),wrote xell,booted into xell, got cpu key - all this via LPT.
after that,i flashed updflash.bin via xell and a usb stick.power cycle,booted into freeboot,everything working well.

after placing the mobo in the case,and trying to power up the 360 again,it shows 3 red lights,secondary error code 0020,and now nandpro always returns the "could not detect flash" error code.i double checked the lpt cable,and it seems fine.it has 5 100ohm resistors,and a diode on the 11th wire.

i used the standard jtag wiring,db1f1 and ROL board with 2 diodes.

anybody knows what to do?i'm getting pretty desperate here.

i managed to do it eventually.
i left the console for about 20 mins with the power cable unplugged,then plug it back in and it booted successfully.turned it off and on to boot into xell,and again,3 red lights.
left it again for about 15 mins,turned it on,3 red lights.turned it off,unplugged power,plug it back in,pressed eject,and voila,it worked.once i was in xell i inserted an usb stick with a new freeboot image (this time no more ROL jtag wiring,but aud_clamp instead).flashed the new image,redid the wiring,and now it boots every time !
