Since X-Clamp & heat gun RROD fix, Xbox 360 boots but can't connect controller!

I just performed the X-Clamp fix, along with a bit of heat gun treatment, and now my RROD is gone and my Xbox boots but I can't seem to connect any of my RF controllers!

Any suggestions?
