3120L_0059 Hitachi firmware

Hello 2 all.
If and i say if,
Hitachi themselfs fixed the dvd +DL errors and this firmware can be compared to samsung reading capabilities and i dont speak only for backups.Then shouldn't we users entitle to a firmware update from 46/47 to that specific firmware? I already know that kev has flashed his 46dh into a 47dh, so is it possible to flash the 59 firmware to this drive also?
What do we gain?
1st Better firmware(less bugs ->newer,hitachi to update it should have found out that needs fixing from brevious versions  )
2nd  More stability,better readability,may i say less noise? hehe
3rd Regarding firmware hack, no more av switch or hdd trick!!!
We wont need any inlegal releases just a legal aplication that can write that newer rom file into our dvd roms. A thing that hitachi would do by them selfs if this drive was for a pc or mac. So is very  sure that the end user is entitle to a newer better firmware just like other platforms do.

firmcrypt works but i cannot confim because KDX1.5 doesnt read the firmware properly (i encrypt it and decrypt it with same results from kdx.

I think this would be confirmed when C4E releases the 59 FW so  people can test it's
compatibility with DL discs and report about it...
it may be better then older FW like Demetris said, so we will need a Software to flash it onto old Drives : 46,47
but knowing that Hitachi Fw can only be flashed partially and not a Full flash like Samsung,
so another approach would be comparing the differences between the old 46,47 and the new 59 FWs
and patching the 46,47 FW with the new optimized code of the FW 59

hope this will be possible to end up this Soft-Reset issue.

it's strange...
someone else had reported that DL DVD+Rs don't work that well on the hitachi BEFORE the fw hack had been released
is there somekind of change log?

Something strange to report:
47dh dvd drive with c4e firmware hack boots backups with av/hdd switch
now,
47dj dvd drive manufactured 1 day later!!!
Boots backups without any trick!
So I think maybe there is a future on my previous post about updating the firmware!!!!!
Burner used:
Liteon SOHW-1653S ->Previously  a   Teac DV-W516GA Flashfixed thanks to Dale and digitri for hosting the files

Success in every boot!!!!

So 1 day later firmware 47dj,so my thoughts are that if we have success in firmware 59 then all our problems are gone for good.
