xbox reballing problem

i have a xbox360 that ive reballed the gpu, cpu and memory still have rrod 0102 what other components can cause this

0102 literaly means unknown error.
so pretty much anything

0102 is related to the memory bus. Your GPU is busted and because of that it can't initialize the memory.

Basically it means that the CPU made far enough on the boot chain to attempt to use the 512MB RAM.

Have the GPU replaced and stop wasting time, balls and flux.

replaced gpu, and memory modules still same fault. gpu and memory was from a working xbox 360. Someone else tried a xclamp fix on it, theres no missing components, is it possible maybe just a hairline crack in mainboard?

xclamped boards are flexed, trash it, there's no way to fix that ...

I once killed an expensive (At the time) ATI radeon 9800 this way:

Never bought any Chinese replacement heatsinks after that.

Heatsink was not properly balanced and it had springs on it's holding screws meaning the heatsink would lean on the edges of the GPU silicon core, cracking it. -_-;
