hallo everybody...i need some help...i try to take the key from my slim,i have read every post i try everything but i nothing....tarablinda starts and give me that:
unlocking...Error bit after ATA packet.Wrong CDB command!
Error 4:fail to send unlock cmd!Sense 05/55/00
drive unlock failed.
i try it on seven x64 on seven x32 and now on xp nothing,iall the time the same thing...ive tryed shange sata cable nothing,ports nothing,jungle flasher see the port all good.im trying 4 days now...somebody help.....thank you....
You should use windows movie maker to flash your drive. Thanks and good luck. No seriously: Got another xbox with the play dvd issue. It came already updated to the dash 2.0.12611.0, the owner played many original games online. Now I simple can't get to spoof any drive in. So, yeah, that might be the case as Zero said b4. |

Owner played 3 games on it, CoD, Lego Batman and another one I forgot (but it's ooooold, nothing fancy, ap25 etc). It wasn't updated online coz it still at 9199 dash.
Worked fine for a week and then playdvd message.
I'll try to dig a original drive to put it back in the console with the dvd key and see what's happen.
Do you have the original drive for the console you just mentionated? Can you try putting it back?

Yes I do, what I am trying to say is that theres no way to swap an older drive to it, no way to hard spoof or anything, it won't work, will only says play dvd.
On your benq slim, did you try to spoof another drive into it? Might be the benq the issue.

Yes, I already tried spoofing another drive to it.. Samsung, BenQ, Liteon 7,8,9 *and* 9 with proper spoof (using a dummy.bin I've found in the web plus some massive hex edit). Nothing seens to work. But what I asked you to try was to replace the spoofed drive by another SLIM drive. The original one from the console or another one with the matching key (even better) and report if it will play originals again! Also since this console still with 9199 dashboard and never touched live, I tried to see the secdata information... secdata is clean by 360 Firmware Flash Tool Kit .97. Thank you for your fast reply. Sorry about my delay to reply but I was with M$ support about another slim that E82'ed. Broken. Guess this is the new E74  |

F  :oCK the inquiry - only put the Original Signature from the tarablinda.bin into the 93450 LT1.1. Then spoof the signatured 1.1 to a lt+ - works on my slim with latest dash ! Sold for $460 ! Cheers. Can you please explain little bit ... tarablinda.bin ( did you talking about dummy.bin or fulldump.bin ? ) Did you put Original signature with Hexeditor or ? How did you manage to spoof signatured 1.1 to a lt+ , jungleflasher don't open maually signatured files Try another Jungleflasher - or Dosflash maybe.... I think it was .63 or .69 - I donīt know - was my first and only flashed Slim. |

Take that Slim and hit the owner AS (HIT) HARD (HIT) AS (HIT) YOU (HIT) CAN !!! So he will never flash any consoles again and will never be able to put his junked Box to eBay with error "my drive doesnīt work - maybe someone can fix it - but first you have to buy it". A lot of trashed Slims all around now. Noob flashers - please take your screwer and put your box back together. Pay for it. Not much but pay for it. |

Today I encountered the first pre-modded Slim with a LiteOn drive (without fw version 74,83,93 etc..on the outside case, strange...) flashed with LT Plus and spoofed as 93450, never been on Live, and guess what: it have the Play DVD problem, can't run any original or backup games, always shows the Xbox Logo/White Page when trying to launch a game.
I tried to read the fw, flashed another Benq drive with LT+ and the key, same result...nothing runs.
This situation will get worse if the real reason of this strange behavior on random Slim 360's remains unknown.

Hello Again Merry Christmas and Happy New Years, well what you want to mean with easily detectable? Is about be Banned offline if is it, hi haved a console their was banned offline because i conected my old xbox slim online and before logout from live i play offline normaly but before to transfer my profile in a pendrive and conect him in another Xbox 360 Jasper my profiles and save was all corrupted and in my old console too, in that console where i put the pendrive was conecting online normaly, maybe this haved anything about this CMD CHECKs.. Sorry for my bad gramaticals erros... GEREMIA is good to see you here again. If you haved a Dumper for the 0225 please dont release at now, wait more a litle time. Thanks for all your support. |

Still, why some specific consoles do the checks while the vast mayority don't, some of us are trying to figure out what is the cause, the live updates aren't the issue since theres reports of 360s @9199 that never ran any original and after playing some non original games (maybe an specific title is activating it?) they started blocking out all drives but the original. Anyway, f team x. |

I tried a slim drive with the proper key injected... wasn't the original drive, but the same model based at manufacturing date... still play dvd message. Guess such consoles (pre-modded, no original drive) are nice doorstoppers now  |

Thanks for pointing this man, I really missed that important info of yours. I guess the wisest thing to do now is to stop using modified firmwares of older drives (74...93) on Slims and wait for the specific modified firmwares (9504 & 0225) that have these checks disabled or handled in a way to always return the desired values to the Dash when triggered, this will give the "assembly" guy some more work to accomplish Another interesting thing is to know under which conditions or criteria these commands are triggered in order to avoid having the console lock the non-original drive installed transforming the Slim (bought without the original drive) to a very nice display model. |

That's plain pointless. A modchip can't do anything you can't make the firmware do, and in case of the liteon, there's nowhere to attach the modchip to, as the firmware is on an embedded chip.
