I need to add that this tarablinda_v04b works with the fat jasper model has lite on 93450 drive, but it will capture the identify.bin and inquiry.bin,,, does not continue from there program stats that it doesnt match the slim model but wanted all to know it works that far on liteon 93450 drive with no mods done to drive,,, also if you are getting the winlo error make sure you run cmd as administrator.

Can`t remember one, hopefuly this time M$ won`t f*** up and will be a solid and stable drive. Xecuter team said they are already working on it so lets wait and hope for some good news anytime soon!

I can't belive it would be isp flash, but who knows... It could be some voltage legurator as well..

did you really think an app created specifically for the liteon drives would work on a hitachi drive?

They aren't so stupid to put the firmware in external eeprom and without lot of epoxy, but who knows, this is hitachi ;]

I have a problem reading the key from  DG-16D4S 9504. I have already done about 8 drives, before and after, but I can not get this one to work. I have tried a few other drives but after flashing to another drive I always get the Play DVD screen. Like the one you get if you have wrong drive serial.
It seems like this drive seems to be an exception.

Here is full drive dump as well as LiteOn firware I'm trying to use (I've also tried wither LT+ 1.0) and 93450 as a base. But nothing seems to work.

I don`t get what you said about the 360 marking the inquiry data tbh, why would it work diferently on a single and specific console?

In my case the "doesnt work"  issue is that it says Play Dvd as if the key was wrong, now about the lite7 pcbs issue, what is the cause of the lock up? Only this one locked the pcb, why? Dash update after the mod, or what else could it be?

man, it´s not so easy to understand what you write 

now with the new dash, Xbox 360 S expects dvd key + inquiry data, once the inquiry, that was previously recorded, belongs to the new DG16D4S.... the xbox S is expecting this kind of inquiry from original drive, in case of any mismatch... you will face play dvd issue.

btw, inquiry data from DG16D4S it is not only different, it is bigger than inquiry data from DG16D2S!!!
