Just did my first one.... 4gb model from july Modifed a benq to fit on slim`s case Used slim's own tray too but as you can see on the video below, you need to push with your finger to get the laser to go up and start spinning and you cannot use the original power cable, cause its not long enough.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuUouYDM5tg |

same here, BenQ inside the slim case, also Power cable changed (slim cable is too short) but i didn't change the tray like you did, I kept the BenQ drive as is, just fixed the front black plate and tweaked it for a perfect fit with the slim casing, working great. now just waiting for a fw/way to flash the native slim drive, Geremia if you want a first test, i'll be glad to do it  don't care if the drive got damaged as long as i have the key and i can use other spoofed drives with the console. maybe you can also beat the other team X-Bull$#!t to flashing the native slim drive Cheers... |

Personally I want a good firmware wich could lunch backups like the no-stealth fw(that's all!!!  ), I don't care about live, I don't want-it, so could some make-us a good firmware for this slim's drive?  ? Thancks in advance Geremia you're the best... |

Tarablinda actually CAN erase and write The point is, have you something to write back? Like a fulldump.bin for example You can have fulldump only if you have the same fw revision as the one i know, and tarablinda checks it. |

I forgot to save the output screen from Tarablinda, while doing the fulldump it asked me if i want to flash back the modified sectors in order to be able to obtain a fulldump, nd off course i chose yes, so now my drive should have some modified sectors in it, i don't know if running the fulldump process again will mess things up in the drive, PM sent to Geremia and waiting for his reply, then maybe i'll run it again if it's ok and post the output |

Hey i joined at last lol
Ok just wanted to thank Geremia for Tarablinda v0.4b (Love it)
I had an xboxslim elite MF june 10 9504
Here is guide what i did
1 used JF to find my sata port of my dg16d4, then in CMD ran Tarablinda and got the keys ect
Now i repair xbox360 so have loads of them, so i had an idea i got a dg16d2 and took the laser and the main board out of it and fitted it to the xboxslim drive
I then spoofed the slim key.bin in JF as 9530 liteon and flashed it to the dg16d2, it worked perfect but the flexy on the laser was 2 short to case up
so i got a wii mother board flex and cut it down to fit the laser it worked ( easyer now u can use a benq flexy from a VAD6038) then i installed the board to slim drive with the new flexy a few mods with the flexy and it worked
I now have a slim with a hybrid drive all boxed up working perfect with original xbox360 slim drive in
So there we go it can be done

I don`t know why but I feel they are likely to release it near xmas again, and that would be way to late for some of us.
Is there a chance to adapt or remake ix1.61 nonstealth to slim so to those who dont care about live?

They never said it, they only announced they are working on the new routines on the slim to get the lt as safe as possible and that it would take few weeks still. That plus the fact that they always waited until near xmas to release their stuff makes me believe we won`t see the LT+ until december, and thats to late. : / |

Thanks Geremia for your great job & for your patience with us..... you're the best here All what we need is a good firmware to play backups like it was with the template ixtreme for liteons 93 & 83V2 that will be a great surprise for the slim's users...... |

Hey GEREMIA you are THE ONE, but theirs from Team Jungle haved to make a exclusive version dedicated for you and C4Ever for all this great work you are done, when you over to finish with 16D4S in a all Dump and Flash please make a way to us donate for you, this all is necessary because your time is money. Team Jungle is here all the time but nobody knows theirs User names well i dont say theirs name because is not acordable, well this is it, i waiting for a Flash Dump in the Xbox Slim Drive 16D4S.
