Just took my Xbox 360 Slim apart and found that I have different FW Ver in my Philips & Lite-on DG-16D4S drive. It's 0225.
What prodaction date it have ? this is Arcade or Elite ? I opened my xbox and realised my phillips drive has a different firmware than what other people are stating they have - FW VERSION: 0225
Having said that, i still tried your program, but had no luckl.
I'm convinced it's the Firmware Version, but it could also be something i'm not doing correctly.

Could be they changed the unlock hardcoded AES key, or just removed the whole unlcok cmd. I need to know the exact output of tarablinda to have a clue, and such drive on my hand to take the (eventual) new unlock key. I don't send my shipping address to anyone, so i can only wait such drive comes on my hands by its own. Console production date will be usefull too. |

Nice app!  Didn't work to Put an LT sammy spoofed as a Lite-on 9345 in it tough, i get "Play DVD" with both Original and Burned games. If there's any fix for this please post it I'll try a few more times but i bet i won't get it working, theese things have a tendeancy to work at once or not at all for me  |

My best guess is that Elite is 250 and Arcade is the 4gb Oh and i got a FW: 9504 Mfr: April 2010 |

lol yes it's a slim... Yes it makes sounds when you press the eject or startup button, i know this because i bought it 2 days ago lol my last 2 360's died with RED rings, so i figured i'd go slim and wait for a hack... what the hell is a fan rooster? haha

In the mean time, if anyone else has the same issue while trying this with firmware 0225 PLEASE TAKE A SCREEN PRINT OF THE RESULTS! and post them for Geremia. |

did u try to erase the slim drive and spoof the 83850 fw on it? does it work?
(yes i'm asking the opposite question posted by Kent!)
another question: slim fw size still 256kb?
