I was wondering here, is it necessary any decaping technic to use Tarablinda or it will be possible connect the drive to your pc with ck3 and via card, set port number which can be found using jungleflasher then you're good to go??

hi,
no need to decap,just connect the drive and turn on,check your sata port and run appli.
wont work for me,when i send the cmd it juts say DMA.(with tray open,in the middle,closed etc....)

Pretty sure this isn't an app to get the DVDkey. Just a test app for Geremia to get him some info about other drives.

yeah man, I know that!!! I was just wondering if any "extra action" had been required for that (to get the info) or it is just connect the drive to any VIA sata port and execute the Tarablinda prog!!! I´m only speculating...

if you use Windows 7 try to run cmd as administrator before execute the command

i have dumped the firmware 256kb but 0000000000 data is null
16D4Stest e800 --> my sata port
it shows dma mode
then i ran jungle flasher and read and it started dumping but data is null

with this program, released by Geremia, you CAN'T dump the firmware of your drive for 2 reason:

1. you CAN'T dump the firmware becouse you can do this only if the flash is empty (like all LITE-ON)
2. this version CAN'T dump the KEY and other unique files, becouse it is only for testing if the program work on various HW & SW, becouse geremia have only 2 PC.
