Totaly offtopic asking for that imho, whats next? Ppl asking for the same method for hitachi drives? : / It's a good question ...  "the same procedure for the previous Lite-ons models". So, its really possible to write to the DG16D4S, its just the matter that there is no modified firmware ( yet..  ) Manny props to the one who made it possible to read and/or right to the slim dvd drive. It wouldt suprice me if C4eva/Team Jungle release the modified firmware for the slim drive on the same day(or week) that the new dashboard update is introduced  |

There soon will b firmware out for the slim drive just a matter of tym, i rekon geremia would of found a way to hack the slim firmware b4 c4eva releases LT+ like people are saying we will probs b waitin till crimbo for team executer to release the new firmware.

Its funny how Team Xecuter (somewhere in their official thread) said that the Slim mod is so complicated 99,9% of modders wouldn't be able to do. And only after Geremia posted his working solution we hear from C4E.
It was also the same as with 1.6 unofficial no stealth patch. And as soon as it became public knowledge they moved to no stealth iXtreme LT.
Not that I'm not grateful for C4E and Team Jungle efforts but they seem to require a push from time to time.

If we have a stealth drive then so called its harder for ms to detect the drive when your on live who knows november is usually when ms starts to ban consoles so lets just see if this LT firmware is realy that undetectable.
