Im trying to flash a 250gb western digital scorpio blue, and no matter what i try i always get this?

could anyone possible help me?

You should give more information on the computer you are using. Which sata controller is on there? It's probably not automaticly detected by hddhackr, so you should try using the manual mode. Read the readme file on how to do this.
