dual layer burner

to start with I'm not sure if this is in the right area (sorry if it isn't)

lets say somebody bought a kreon samsung DVD drive to rip 360 games

but this person needed a DVD drive to burn the games on to the disks would he/she need a kreon drive to burn to the disks and would it need to be a specific DVD drive to burn the games or could it be any dual layer DVD drive with Kreon if Kreon is needed to burn the games

any dvd drives you would recommend

i know it sounds nooby just this person needs help

and this person of course is only doing this to games he already owns
what i mean is do you need a kreon drive to burn because you need one to rip or can you use any dual layer dvd drive to burn

burner is irrelevant, burn-media and settings are more relevant.
But it's all been said 1000 times before, so no need to elaborate.

Kreon drives don't burn, they are readers only.

No special burner is needed.
