Hey I found this on ebay( http://cgi.ebay.com/Mini-USB-AVR-JTAG-Programmer-Debugger-AVR-ATMEGA-/140413784486?cmd=ViewItem&pt=AU_Components&hash=item20b15051a6 ) and was wondering if I needed that for the usb port since I dont have a LPT port on my laptop.Would this be fine?If not can you point me in the right direction please.I just need one built already so I can speed up the process. Also where would I be able to get the JTAG wires like the resistors and all the fun stuff?I just need a place where I can buy it.Another good thing is that my two xenon mobo might come in this weekend(Like to my house)They are already at my post office lol. Thanks for any replies.

No. It won't work at all, since programming and reading the NAND is NOT done via jtag, it's done via SPI.

Any of the USB nand flashers. There's two threads on this here, one with instructions on how to make your own, and one with people who may sell them.

Xecuter also produce a consumer focused USB nand flasher called the NANX-X if that's more your thing. It offers installs via quick solder wire looms or pin headers depending on your preference, just like the Xbox1 LPC mods of old. I seem to remember one of the other mod manufacturers working on their own USB flasher (which to be honest are mostly just based off the designs from this forum anyway, Xecuter's included) as well. If you're in the UK, I've saved you a Google search: http://www.modtraders.co.uk/xbox-360-nand-jtag/- KrK

If you're after something that is capable of flashing the 360 nand via USB, then Xecuter's NAND-X will do the job for you if you'd prefer not to build your own. There's a list of authorised resellers on Team Xectuer's website, so if you check that out you should be able to find a retailer that's a bit closer to you so shipping should cost you less: http://team-xecuter.com/where-to-buy/- KrK

@ReverseAffect, man have you been seeing how/what this guy has been posting??! You really want him to try to build one & post questions on the usb pic section? The next 10 pages of that thread would be him over the next 2 days. LOL
@..leech, I have no issues buying one pre-built (and I did buy one from another site), but to answer your question about the one you linked to, no that won't work. If you read it's description it's for accessing the harddrive, not the nand. Try searching "xbox 360 usb nand flasher spi" without the quotes to read up on what you need & find some links to ones you can buy.
