How would i go about fixing a e79 dev kit with secondary error code 1033

Put an recovery disc to it, you will be should see the recovery disc menu, and recovery it. If it not loaded maybe you have some problem with your hard drive or with your sidecar.

need to get a recovery disk, no sidecar on or HDD. where could i get a recovery disk, if the guy i bought it from doesnt have it. ill go ask him now

I thought you had figured this out over @ assemlber.

If your xam is intact, you should be a able to recover. If it isn't, and you don't have a dump of it, no dice.

Also you may have made things worse, when you tried to "repair" it.

ok, so i put in a recovery disk and it stays black screen, does not go into an error screen. this mean anything

Apparently MS have been bricking devkits that are not legit, aka you. I suggest you don't talk about your illegal devkit on a public website.
