correct me if im wrong but when using the l-o-eras command, if it was erasing the drive wouldnt it tell you kinda like it does when you read or write to it?

Ive done about 40-50 drives myself without ever having any issues getting keys or reading/writing to drives of all sorts.

im not trying to b a smart @#!@#!@ but I have fixed several drives that were (bricked) using this method

What do you think the "eras" part means?

as stated in my previous responce, l-o-eras does not erase the drive. it simply puts it back into to staus 72 which is for reading and writing to the drive. If the drive is not fried, this will work for him to get the key from the drive.

rofl.. you should be slapped for giving the worst advice EVER i've seen here

fine maybe ur right badass. I would love for you to be the one to come and try to slap me though if you would like since ur so tough and all?
However, getting BACK TO TRYING TO HELP OTHERS INSTEAD OF ALWAYS TRYING TO BASH THEM  (jellyfishfacesucknut)  Ive always done my drives right the first time getting the key and all so didnt really think it erased the drive doing this. If I would have known that I would have not suggested it obviously. I thought if it was  erasing the drive like it does when you use dosflash it would take some time. When I use dosflash it tells me erasing... and it takes about 10 secounds or so where when I run l-o-eras it is instant.
Thus the reason I didnt beleive it erased the drive, only changed the drive status.

theres better ways to correct people rather than bashing them and threating them smart ass...

he's right in that the advice you gave would in fact have killed any chance to get the key, for good. and the name of the app rather hints at it too.

gotcha bud. My apologies. It just does it so fast I thought it was a tool to change the status but my mistake.

So the only way to get a key from a dead LiteOn is decap the chip and take the SPI out ?
What acid better to use ? Or maybe possible to use a knife to scratch the chip or something ?
My LiteOn is dead because of problem in xtractor 12volt>3.3volt so LiteOn is dead...

I think you should repair the drive first. Other stuff is only4pro´s.

Any tips how to fix ?
3.3v <7ohm Ω> GND (Short Circuit) I can't see any problem on PCB, and MT1319L chipset is fried from inside.
I am not sure if possible to fix the PCB, but SPI must be ok because I cut the 3.3v to it before I connect the xtractor.

The OP said he was trying to get it from an already flashed drive.  So where is your old firmware at OP?
