Xellous - closing connection and won't flash xbr problem

flashed xell and kv.flashed xellous-1f and tested also xellous-2f.

first of all
if i try to connect to the httpd server - it says connection closed.
i hooked up via switch,router, direct link. Always connection closed.Tried to connect to port 80 to.

but this isn't a big problem, got all i need anyways. 3 clear dumps.

So i tried to flash xbr. Renamed xbr to updflash.bin and put it on an usb stick.
Xellous does find the usbstick but do nothing, just keep going ahead like there is nothing on the stick.
tried burning updflash.bin to dvd. But Xellous just says can't find VMlinux.

Did i miss something. Isn't it just putting updflash on usbstick or dvd, plug it in and watch it do?

Sounds more like xell is running instead of xellous.

Can't be.
Xell doesn't listen on httpd and isn't showing the cpu and dvdkey.
So it must be Xellous.

xell does listen on httpd, but it doesn't respond with a http server.

flash XeLLous to the correct address.. not the wrong one.. have had exactly thesame issue as you

use the search function and voilá

can't find anything.
Can't you just write the right block.

in a tutorial there was
nandpro usb: +W16 xell-1f.bin 30

but read somewere
nandpro usb: +W16 xell-1f.bin 40

is this the right one
thought if xellous boots, it has to be flashed right.

The last xell version before xellous also shows cpu and dvd key. So no, neither of those are an indicator of xellous.

depends if you use XBR or the stand alone JTAG hacked image
